Wash by hand only. Wash before first use. Wash carefully after each use. Residual food and grease will burn and may cause staining when the cooker is reheated. Do not cut directly in the cooker. To prolong the life of your cookware, always cook on medium or low heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes such as running cold water into a hot cooker or placing a hot cooker on a cold surface. Use plastic, nylon or wooden utensils so as not to damage the non-stick surface.
